I truly believe in seeing the positive in everything. Every day is a good day to have a good day. So I put together a list of habits I use to help you be more positive throughout the day!
1. Smile all throughout the day. 🙂
2. Get outside and soak up some sunshine.
3. Surround yourself with loving, positive people – both in person and online.
4. Connect with Nature! Smell the flowers. Watch the Butterflies!
5. Read something that inspires and teaches you something new.
6. Meditate, pray, take time in the quiet of the morning.
8. Do something for yourself that you truly enjoy.
9. Look in the mirror and compliment yourself.
10. Take a relaxing Epsom Salt Bath.
11. Laugh A LOT!! We’re talking 100-200 laughs till your belly hurts because who doesn’t love to laugh!
12. **Dream more** 🙂
13. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.
14. Check at least one thing off of your to-do list!
15. Focus on what makes you happy.
16. Reflect on what you’re grateful for.
17. Get enough sleep and take a good nap when you need it.
18. Believe in YOURSELF!
